Randy Orton ‘Refused’ WWE Raw Storyline

Plans are always scheduled to change in the landscape in WWE and it is being speculated how that saying is truer than ever below. Fightful is currently reporting that Randy Orton was set to be in a program with Braun Strowman. This however has been changed as Orton is currently engaged in a storyline with the former WWE United States Champion, Riddle. This was a change to the Riddle-Sheamus match at WrestleMania that was changed to have Sheamus become champion. The Riddle-Sheamus feud was supposed to continue the night after WrestleMania, however this obviously did not materialize either. Randy Orton recently dropped this WWE drug bombshell.

Braun Strowman is currently involved in a storyline with Drew McIntyre, taking on Mace and T-Bar formerly of Retribution. Fightful is reporting that there are no current plans for this storyline as well.

Randy Orton had serious praise for music megastar Bad Bunny during after his WrestleMania 37 match which saw Bunny and Damien Priest defeat The Miz and John Morrison. Orton made the following comments on the highly successful WWE program, ‘The Bump’. Credit to Wrestling Inc for the below. Randy Orton ‘removed’ from WWE Raw?

“For the first time, in this manner, I can say seeing Bad Bunny come into our world. Seeing him completely halt his touring schedule, his music, any kind of thing he had going on, he stopped it dead in its tracks so he could go in the ring. I’ve seen him in there with trainers trying to get as good as he can get. Two, three, four, five hours a day. That impresses me.

“I gotta say thank you to Bad Bunny for having respect for what I do and what everyone else in the locker room does, and what WWE does. I appreciate him, as a fan, but now I can look over at him and call him a fellow performer in my world. It’s a breath of fresh air to know someone like that, with that big of a following, that successful in his own world, steps into our but treats us all with respect. That’s usually not the case when it comes to people coming backstage into our world. I’ve seen it a lot over the years.
