WWE star Randy Orton is slated to battle WWE Champion Bobby Lashley in a title match at WWE Extreme Rules on September 26. Though nothing has been confirmed yet by WWE but ‘The Apex Predator’ could challenge Lashley for the title.
Randy Orton is likely to get WWE title shot
Bobby Lashley has been dominating RAW brand over the past few months. It has been noted how for the past couple of weeks, WWE is building up a feud between ‘The All Mighty’ and ‘The Viper’. This could have led to a WWE Championship match. WWE had previously announced a title match with Orton and Riddle defending the RAW Tag Team Titles against Lashley and MVP on next week’s episode of Monday Night RAW in Boston. However, a commercial recently aired during this week’s episode of Super SmackDown on FOX that hyped Orton vs. Lashley for the WWE Title in a singles match during next week’s episode of Monday Night RAW. There was no mention of the tag team match, or the Extreme Rules match. We will see what is next for Orton and Lashley.
