Randy Orton ‘Turns Down’ Losing To Raw Star?

Randy Orton is so on top of the food chain in WWE that he almost is able to call all of the shots that he has to make within the company. Not only is Randy one of Vince’s favorites, but not surprisingly, Cowboy Bob Orton is his father as well whom McMahon was also fond of. It’s no surprise that Orton was a bit angry about this matchup…Chris Jericho ‘Turns Down’ Sting Backstage.

On the most recent episode of the acclaimed ‘The Nitty Gritty Dirt Sheet’ show, we are once again pleased to hear the sounds of Billi Bhatti and Vince Russo as they took us on another field trip through the world of imagination and wonder that is professional wrestling.

During the segment I’ll be going over from the show with you; Bhatti and Russo discussed The Viper, Randy Orton and some things that made the future Hall Of Famer taste a very sour taste in his mouth.

Bhatti: “There’s a story I got where Braun was supposed to be working with Randy Orton. So, there were adverts thrown out throughout the week where Orton was gonna be facing Braun. Randy Orton didn’t want to work with him AND they promoted it all week. This is Triple H saying to Orton ‘Well, what do you want to do?'”

Bhatti continues: “‘I’ll work with Matt Riddle. There’s no point in me working with Braun because then nobody gets over in that situation.’ So, Triple H proposes that to Vince and Vince actually okayed that one thing.”

Now, this is a bit odd as Randy was supposed to put over Strowman to set-up a title match with Lashley, but again, what Orton wants he seems to get when he has his Evolution protégé, Triple H on his side.
