WWE has announced that Becky lynch will finally be getting a match against James Ellsworth in a rare cross-gender bout at tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live.
It’s worth mentioning here that Lynch has shown interest in facing Ellsworth a number of times and this match was announced after a heated twitter exchange between Carmella, Becky, and James over the past several days.
Apart from this, the company has also announced two huge Championship matches for this week’s episode of the Blue Branded Show.
The first is for the SmackDown Live Tag Team Championship which will see the #1 contenders Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable getting their shot at the Usos’ title.
The second match which has been made official for the show tonight will see AJ Styles challenging Jinder Mahal for Mahal’s WWE Championship.
As seen on Raw this week Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose lost the Raw Tag Titles due to interference from the New Day and the company is also focusing on whether or not Raw will retaliate their actions.
