Raw viewership declines for Hell In A Cell fallout episode

Fans were critical of the finish to the Universal Championship match at Hell In A Cell and it appears that their frustration also showed up in the numbers for Monday Night Raw.

This week’s episode of Raw featuring the brawl between Braun Strowman and Heavyweight Boxer Tyson Fury in the main event drew a total of 2.334 million viewers.

This is a 9.2% decline from last week’s season premiere episode of the show which featured the match between Rusev and Seth Rollins for the main event and had drawn 2.729 million viewers.

The first hour of Raw drew 2.443 million viewers and the second and third hour then saw a decline in numbers with 2.330 million viewers and 2.230 million viewers respectively.

In comparison, the Fox premiere of SmackDown which featured big names such as Brock Lesnar and the Rock drew big numbers and it garnered 3.869 million viewers.
