It was previously revealed that UFC Hall of Famer Tito Ortiz has been training at the WWE Performance Center. The same report stated that Ortiz wished to transition into pro-wrestling and get in business with WWE.
PWInsider has provided an update on the same report and states that Ortiz’s visit to the PC was an “introductory meeting” between both sides. The said meeting was stretched out through a period of several days.
This was done for both the parties to “feel each other out” and to see if they could work together soon.
Ortiz is no stranger to the world of pro-wrestling due to his appearances on TNA in the last decade. However, WWE is a whole different animal and it takes people quite some time to get acclimated to the company’s environment.
