KUSHIDA faced off against WWE United Kingdom Champion WALTER last week on NXT. It was an intense and physical match, where KUSHIDA ultimately lost.
As noted by The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, KUSHIDA is on the shelf after suffering a hairline wrist fracture on September 18th, which was NXT’s debut on the USA Network. This was before he had his match with WALTER.
KUSHIDA went on to wrestle WALTER on October 11th and was written off according to storyline, following the match. According to reports, it is expected he will be making his return within a month, so he will not be out for long.
