Report: Jeff Jarrett in Talks to Return to TNA?

According to a report from John Pollock of The Fight Network, former co-founder of TNA Jeff Jarrett and TNA parent company Anthem Sports & Entertainment have been in talks to get Jarrett back with the company. Anthem Sports & Entertainment is focused on the revival of the TNA brand, and described the talks between the two sides as “background information”.

Also according to a report from PWInsider, talks between Jarrett and TNA began on Monday December 5th, with Jarrett’s discussions being with Anthem’s Ed Nordholm who has been overseeing TNA’s day-to-day operations. The report states that both sides went out of their way to have “exploratory discussions”. Nordholm reportedly wanted to meet with Jarrett to get background information on how the company was operated during different time frames.

As for Pollock’s report, interesting enough Pollock is actually an employee of Anthem Sports & Entertainment. Pollock caught wind of Anthem and Jarrett’s talks and went to Anthem with questions, and they allowed him to print it.

If you could get Dixie OUT and bring Jarrett back IN, I’m all for it. Anything else is a waste of time.

If that is not an indication of the lack of trust in the current TNA management, I don’t know what is.
They obviously noticed that TNA’s best years critically were under the Jarretts.

As long as Dixie still as power, you could bring in the best wrestling minds and nothing will change. The only thing that is working ATM is the stuff Matt Hardy is booking on his own.
