Rey Mysterio to vacate US Title due to injury

Rey Mysterio defeated Samoa Joe at Money In The Bank and became the new United States Champion. However, it seems he won’t be getting a chance to defend it.

Rey Mysterio separated his shoulder due to that post-match attack from Samoa Joe. Due to the brutal nature of the attack, he took two uranages in a row. He also has been getting treatment that includes massive shots, but they don’t seem to be enough.

On this week’s RAW it was announced that Rey will be vacating the United States Title. He will be on RAW next week to make the announcement.

We hope Mysterio won’t be out for too long and will make his return soon enough.

Have you ever taken an English class? Do you know proper grammar and sentence structure? These things are taught at the 9th grade level, if not before then. Harrison, as almost a general rule, will do things like using pronouns in a sentence without identifying the subject first. Harrison will also end sentences with prepositions or make a sentence out of a string of words that does not, in fact, form a sentence. We’re not expecting the Queen’s English here. Just run the article through Word first to catch all of the problems. It’s really not that hard.

Don’t care if you’ve been coming here for 10 mins or 10 years. You are rude towards the people who bring the content. You may not be the only one that bashed him but you are certainly the most vocal.

Well done for voicing your opinion with the right people but then you critique him multiple times a week.

Commenting on the content of the articles is very different to bashing the author of said article.

Oh do one you muppet. I have been coming to this site for the best part of a decade, and when a moron like Harrison gets picked as a writer when he is obviously not up to task is not my problem, and I have every right to voice my opinion. The fact you think I cannot voice my opinion says everything about you and your stinking attitude that only what you say is correct.
I am not the only one who is critical of him, and I have voice my opinion with the owner of the site. I certainly do not have to justify myself to you, but seeing as you are my pathetic little stalker, I am telling you.

Keep following me around telling me what to do, and I will keep calling you a hypocrite.

PS: bashing the writers is still commenting, so your point is null and void (pretty much like your life I would guess)

  • EE

Just comment then. Quit bashing the writers. Simple.

  • CC

And if you don’t like what I say, why do you keep replying? Hypocrite.

  • EE

Who?? Not defending anybody. Just don’t understand why he always bitches about the writing on here. If it’s so bad, why keep coming back?!

  • Mike the Ike

Take your head out of Harrison’s @$$

  • EE

CC bitching again. This time, typos!!

  • CC

This is a different guy. You are thinking of Rey Mysterio, and the topic quite clearly is talking about Rey Myerio.

  • Mike the Ike

Rey should have never won that title. In 2019 Rey shouldn’t be winning ANY title.

  • Collin Edwards

That’s because lesnar is a top guy in wwe and generates big money for WWE and big box office. Mysterio hasn’t drawn a dime or a house in this business in years now and nobody is going to buy a raw or smackdown ticket to see him.

  • Bigvet

Wow Brock can be champion and defend it twice a year but any other wrestler gets hurt and they have to give up the title ASAP

  • Jamie

I agree 100% with you on this. He is another one of these wrestlers that is well past his sell by date and needs to retire. I knew it wouldn’t be long before he injured himself and he has a reputation of being fragile.

  • CC

I don’t understand why they announced he will be vacating it next week. Surely they should have done it this week. When do they ever announce it in advance?

  • JAckh45

No what?? Rey injured??? Really?? What a massive surprise!! I cant believe it!!

Why do WWE keep signing him… literally injures himself 4 times a year.
