Rey Mysterio is one of the greatest masked wrestlers of all time and there is no doubt he has had a legendary career. WWE celebrated his 20th Anniversary in the company during the latest episode of Monday Night RAW. Rey and Dominik Mysterio are currently involved in a heated rivalry with the Judgement Day. The father-son duo got the better of their opponents last night. Following the match, in a backstage segment, Rhea Ripley finally made her return and crashed the anniversary party. ‘Nightmare’ was wearing an “I’m Your Papi” T-shirt. Ripley then came face-to-face with Rey’s daughter, Aalyah. She shoved Aalyah and this led to a brawl with everyone. The segment ended with ‘The Master of 619’ getting slammed through a table.
Buddy Matthews reacted to the segment
The AEW star and House of Black member Buddy Matthews is currently dating Ripley in real life and was also in an on-screen relationship with Aalyah back in 2020. Back in the day, Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio had an iconic rivalry over the storyline custody of Dominik Mysterio. Matthews took to Twitter and had a hilarious reaction to the last night’s confrontation. He referenced Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero’s Ladder Match for the custody of Dominik.
