The current US Champion Andrade snatched Rey Mysterio’s mask during a recent episode of Raw which started rumors that WWE could be planning a hair vs. mask match between the two stars at WrestleMania.
While reports have since confirmed that the company does not have any such plans at the moment, it appears that at least Mysterio is open to the idea of doing such a bout.
Mysterio recently spoke to TV Insider after losing the ladder match to Andrade on this week’s Raw and said that he is willing put his mask on the line:
“I think the goal right now — after tonight’s outcome in the Andrade ladder match — I think something along the ways that if he wants to keep feuding and going a step further, I’m willing to put my mask on the line versus his hair for a WrestleMania moment,”
