Rhea Ripley Injured Top WWE Female Star

The world of professional wrestling is filled with excitement and entertainment, but it also carries a considerable amount of risk. Accidents inside the squared circle are common, and unfortunately, they can lead to injuries that can sideline a wrestler for an extended period.

One such incident involved Zelina Vega, who was out of action for almost seven months due to an injury suffered during a match with the reigning SmackDown Women’s Champion, Rhea Ripley. During a recent appearance on Out of Character with Ryan Satin, Vega confirmed that she ruptured an implant during a spot with Ripley. While no wrestler wants to experience an injury, Vega shared that the accident ultimately worked out well for her.

Vega’s injury, while unfortunate, led to some positive outcomes for her. She had the opportunity to take some time off to recover and regroup, and it also allowed her to refocus her energies and come back even stronger. In fact, she made a successful comeback by joining Legado Del Fantasma in October of last year.

Wrestlers put their bodies on the line every time they step into the ring, and accidents can happen at any moment. While it can be challenging for wrestlers to bounce back from injuries, some may use the time to hone their skills, improve their technique, and come back stronger than ever before. It’s a testament to the resilience and determination of these athletes, and fans can’t help but admire their dedication to their craft.

“(I had) a ruptured implant from Rhea! But you know what? Again, I’ve said this before in a joking way; it actually worked out for the better because things happened, and it sucked at first, and now, I’m like, ‘Oh, we’re good now! They are better than ever. And everyone’s happy!’ My husband’s happy, and everyone’s happy. So, yeah, it worked out (laughs).”
