Rhea Ripley was called to the main roster last this year and she immediately challenged Asuka for the RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 37. On Night Two of WrestleMania 37, Rhea Ripley squared off against Asuka for the RAW Women’s Championship and after a very hard-fought match, she would end up defeating The Empress of Tomorrow for the title.
She is now part of Judgment Day and was out of action due to a brain injury. She suffered on the June 6, 2022, episode of Raw, when she defeated Alexa Bliss, Doudrop, and Liv Morgan in a four-way to earn a shot at Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Title at Money In The Bank. Due to this, she was not able to challenge Bianca Belair for the title. She eventually returned to in-ring action and is now an active competitor again.
Rhea Ripley also won the Women’s Royal Rumble match and will square off against Charlotte Flair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 39
On Valentine’s Day, WWE released a new clip featuring Rhea Ripley and Dominik, with a cameo from The Mysterios. The video showed a tense moment between Dominik and his parents, Rey and Angie Mysterio, before they politely stepped aside. The Mysterios were hoping for a nice dinner together, but Rhea and Dominik interrupted their plans.
Everything was going well until the bill arrived, and Dominik’s card was declined, leaving him unable to pay. To make matters worse, the police showed up, and Dominik had to leave his mother alone. Rhea ended up paying the bill and took to Twitter to criticize The Mysterios for being self-centered. She urged women to spoil their partners and acknowledged Dominik’s trauma, promising to support him.
