But last year this was not the case as the gold and black brand had participated in the same pay-per-view.

Rhea Ripley takes a shot at main roster

During a recent Q&A session on Twitter, Ripley was questioned on being left out of the pay-per-view unlike last year.

One of the fans had asked:

“#AskRhea What’s your opinion on NXT being left out of Survivor Series this year?

Whatever match you’d have been in would’ve been an easy point to NXT 😃😃😃”

Rhea Ripley took a jab at the main roster stating:

Raw & SmackDown are sore losers 🤷🏼‍♀️

Survivor Series has been the pay-per-view which is all about the battle for the brand supremacy. Generally Raw and SmackDown battle it out for the supremacy but last year saw NXT on the event for the very first time.

The gold and black brand came on top of the other two brands after the Five-on-Five-on-Five Women’s Elimination match. Rhea Ripley played a crucial role their victory. No word has been out yet as to why was NXT left out after a remarkable showcase of performance last year.

Survivor Series is set to take place on Sunday, November 22 in WWE Thunderdome at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.
