WWE icon Ric Flair seems to have agreed upon a release from the company. The news has been reported by two outlets, Fightful and Wrestling Inc have confirmed.

The two-time WWE Hall of Famer was also recently spotted with Jim Ross, who serves as the commentator on AEW Dynamite. This could mean there’s a possibility that Flair might be headed to Tony Khan’s company.

Flair is one of the greatest wrestlers in history to have graced the ring. He is 16-time World Champion. Though Flair hasn’t wrestled since 2011, he has been used in various on-screen roles in WWE since rejoining the company in 2012.
