WWE Hall Of Famer The ‘Nature Boy’ Ric Flair has been regarded as one of the greatest pro wrestlers to have ever laced up a pair of boots in the world of professional wrestling. He is also a man full of controversies and has had trouble with a lot of pro wrestlers and pro wrestling personalities. One of them includes WWE legend Teddy Long. Bret Hart also recently called out Ric Flair for ‘flat out lie.’
One of the previous episodes of Vice’s Dark Side Of The Ring series focused on the infamous Plane Ride From Hell incident and it immediately brought heat on Ric Flair, Tommy Dreamer and others. It seems Ric Flair is not out of the dog house just yet.
Now it seems the two-time WWE Hall of Famer will host this Donald Trump fundraising event in Florida for Herschel Walker’s hopeful senate campaign. The former Heisman Trophy winner is running on the republican ticket and hopes to battle Georgia senator Raphael Warnock in the November 2022 election.
Tom Glavine and Doug Flutie will also be hosting the event along with Ric Flair. It was also previously said according to Ringside News, it was said that “no network wants Ric Flair right now.” It was noted that “he’s a pariah” at this stage. Ric Flair’s image has been tarnished following the Dark Side Of The Ring episode.
