Ric Flair Reveals Where Bray Wyatt Could Sign

The Fiend remains one of the most unique characters to have ever stepped foot inside the squared circle. Bray Wyatt’s latest iteration made its in-ring debut back at 2019’s SummerSlam pay-per-view again Finn Balor, where he won in a squash match. However, his booking since then has been panned by many fans. Particularly him losing to Goldberg at WWE Super Showdown last year. He would lose to Randy Orton at WrestleMania 37 in a singles match after being betrayed by Alexa Bliss. He has not been seen on WWE television since then. Bray Wyatt could be losing The Fiend to a big name in WWE.

Bray Wyatt was released by WWE on July 31st and since then the former WWE Superstar has already teased what he might do next. From what it seems, it is likely he will be making his way to AEW far earlier than expected, as WWE may have let him have a shorter noncompete.

Ric Flair recently spoke on his Woo Nation podcast, where he simply said that AEW should hire Bray Wyatt because he is very talented.

“I most definitely would hire Bray Wyatt, I’m a huge fan of his. The kid can work and talk and he comes up with some incredible ideas. I know you aren’t crazy about those gimmicks but when you think that he put the time and effort, those were his thought process. Plus, he’s legit, he’s a tough kid, he’s an amateur wrestler, played football at Troy.

I’m just a big fan of his. I like his brother a lot too. You couldn’t find a handsomer more athletic guy. I think if I’m going to hire one more guy, I’d hire Bray Wyatt.

The last guy I would have fired if I were Vince would have been Bray Wyatt. So, there must have been something there that I’m missing.”
