Ric Flair Throws Punches At AEW Star In Video

The two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is a pro-wrestling legend and entertained the fans for several years. ‘The Nature Boy’ competed in his last official match in September 2011 for TNA (IMPACT). Flair retired from active in-ring competition several years ago due to poor health. The 16-time world champion has had multiple surgical procedures performed on him over the years. It was previously noted how he was seen preparing for a return to the squared circle. WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair has once again posted an update on his training with AEW star Jay Lethal.

Flair recently took to social media to share another video of him training with Jay Lethal. The former WCW World Heavyweight Champion was spotted practicing some serious moves with Lethal and also throwing in some punches to the current AEW star. He also pulled off his infamous eye poke during the training video.

You can check out the training video clip below:

Previously, speaking on his Wooooo Nation Uncensored podcast, Flair argued that he’s currently in better shape than he was when he wrestled on the final episode of WCW Nitro in 2001, noting:

“Most assuredly, and a lot of conversation. That talk hasn’t happened, but could I do it? Absolutely. I’m in better shape now than I was when Sting and I wrestled the last match on Nitro. WWE won’t let me do anything, even though I’m released. I understand, they have so much liability and I told them I would sign anything, but nobody wants me to die on their watch. I’d rather die in the ring. If I have to go. I’d rather not jump off the 19th floor or spend another 31 days in the ICU.”

It is to be seen if ‘The Nature Boy’ comes out of retirement in the near future.
