Ricochet talks about the Wednesday Night Wars

With the Wednesday Night Wars slowly approaching, it is certainly a great time to be a fan of professional wrestling. Ricochet also added his views on this.

Ricochet spoke to Sports Illustrated, where he talked about if AEW is competition to NXT. Ultimately, competition is what makes everyone strive to improve in the end.

That just inspires everyone, including myself, to do better. It’s good for the business. I’ve got a lot of friends over there that are making a living off this. That’s good. It’s pushing us to be better, and that’s good, too. We already want to be the best, and now we want to be even better. We have the best wrestlers in NXT and on Raw and SmackDown, so now we can show the world again that we are the best talent in the world.

NXT will air one hour on the USA Network and the other hour on the WWE Network for their September 18th and 25th episodes. So after AEW debuts on TNT on October 2nd, NXT will air on the USA Network for the entire two hours.

We wonder how the Wednesday Night Wars will go and if the entire landscape of professional wrestling will change because of it.
