Rob Van Dam answers questions regarding WWE return

Rob Van Dam is, was and forever will be the “whole damn show”. The former WWE Champion has always been one of the most popular and unique figures in wrestling thanks to his out-of-the-box wrestling style and a natural charisma that only a few have managed to replicate.

For years now, fans have been yearning to see RVD back in a WWE ring. However, Van Dam has chosen the easier work schedule of the indies over the hectic and demanding schedule of the WWE.

Van Dam recently spoke with Sports Illustrated and shed light on his current life and what he’s been up to outside of wrestling. During the interview, RVD was asked if he’d ever make a return to a WWE ring.

RVD implied that a return to the WWE ring is not impossible but highly unlikely at this point. No one can blame the man for making this decision since not many can handle the demanding nature of a WWE schedule.

I know that my fans want to see me back in WWE. To that, I can say, it’s good to be wanted. I can tell you that I enjoy my days off a lot more than my days on, but I appreciate the fans. It’s because of them I have the life I have. So thank you to the fans, I know they’re going to stick with me for life, and never say never.

Sounds like he’s considering retirement. After all he’s done, he’s earned a peaceful retirement.

    How’s 5-Star Comics doing?

  • As much as I miss RVD, WWE wouldn’t use him right. I would rather see him in the indies, particularly NJPW.

  • Rob ‘Richard Hammond’ Picken

It just depends on RVDs health, didn’t he say wwe wouldn’t take him back because of concussions
