It appears that the Great One The Rock is suffering from a shoulder injury. A fan recently challenged him for an arm wrestling match on twitter.
The former World Champion replied to this with a tweet of his own and revealed that he has a torn labrum in his shoulder. Both the mentioned tweets can be seen below:

Currently, it’s not known when or where the Rock suffered this injury but he recently finished filming for his upcoming movie Skyscraper which will be released next year.
While not confirmed, it’s likely that he suffered this shoulder injury while shooting for the movie and the damage is not healed yet.
It’s worth mentioning here that both Roman Reigns and the Rock have teased a possible match against each other in recent while and we can expect them to face each other at a later date.
