The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is seemingly unstoppable and the fans have been buzzing around that his cousin, The Rock will be a potential opponent down the line. It seems that he would be a suitable contender for the title but that match might be in the works for WrestleMania 39 which has been billed as WrestleMania Hollywood. It turns out that Reigns himself teased a match with The Rock.
Roman Reigns responds to possible match with The Rock
During a recent WWE live event at the O2 Arena in London on April 29, Roman Reigns defended his titles against Drew McIntyre. Reigns would end up winning the match. After the conclusion of the match, Roman Reigns thanked the fans for attending the show. At one point, a fan asked, “What about The Rock?” Reigns simply responded by saying, “The Rock can get it too.”
The Tribal Chief then gave a speech to the fans, a bit out of character, where he expressed his desire to see everyone get home safe. That Dwayne Johnson mention was notable, because “The Rock can get it too,” sounds a lot like a newer version of “Just bring it.”

Previously, ‘The Great One’ had teased a match against ‘The Tribal Chief’ as well. The Rock had seemingly sown the seeds for a WrestleMania match with his cousin and Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns via ‘Young Rock.’ During one of the recent episodes of the NBC show about the early life of Dwayne Johnson, the actor playing Johnson could be seen watching wrestling with his family when a child actor playing Reigns jumped on him. When little Reigns wanted to wrestle and told him to acknowledge him, Johnson’s actor stated that a match like that can only happen at WrestleMania. We will have to now wait and see if the match takes place next year at ‘The Show of Shows.’
