Speaking about this situation on her YouTube Channel, Ronda Rousey who won the Raw Women’s Championship at SummerSlam 2018 while Roman Reigns won the WWE Championship on the same night thinks that the two can feud in an interesting way if the creative team was ok with the idea. She said:
I’ve accomplished more across more sports industries than anybody else. Maybe that’s not a bad thing to acknowledge. I acknowledge myself Roman Reigns, okay? That’s going to be if me and Roman Reigns ever have a feud. I’ll be like, Listen, that’s all it comes from you. No one needs to acknowledge you. You need to acknowledge yourself. And then he’s going to be like Oh My God Ronda thank you so much. I like totally see things differently now.
Ronda Rousey is currently out of action, but she faces Liv Morgan for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at Extreme Rules. Her words have sparked a possibility that this intergender match is possible in the new regime. We have seen weird things happen in the WWE, and this match shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone.
While nothing has got pen to paper, but the mere thought of accepting or talking about a match is enough to entice the fans. The WWE Universe wants to see such dream matches come to life, and with the new regime giving everyone an opportunity, this idea isn’t far-fetched.
