WWE are teasing a Roman Reigns angle on Smackdown where Adam Pearce could strip him of the title due to his double pin of Edge and Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 37. Edge was pinning Bryan in the double pin, with Reigns on top. A Roman Reigns Major WWE Backlash Spoiler Has Leaked.
“Four shoulders were on the mat. Roman was on top of both and in charge. It’s my discretion and that’s the final call,” referee Charles Robinson wrote on Twitter.
Adam Pearce told Robinson to meet him on Smackdown, “Charles, please come and see me in my office on Friday. Thank you.”
Steve Austin turned down his own WrestleMania return main events, according to Austin on Talk is Jericho this week.
Man, not really. I think Vince [McMahon] tried talking me to coming back a couple times, but you know Chris, I love the business so much,” Austin said. “I love it more than anybody else. I would really have to undergo a three or four month camp. I’m one of those guys where I don’t have an addictive personality, but I’m addicted to the wrestling business. All of a sudden, I’m putting in all the hard work and get back to being around the ring, being around the business, that is my number one passions in my life.”
