As suggested by various reports, WWE’s original plans would have seen Daniel Bryan challengee Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Title at WWE TLC. However, it seems the match will not be taking place yet. Now it seems his next opponent has been revealed.

During this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Kevin Owens had a run-in with Roman Reigns. This could indicate the beginning of a feud between the two that will see them square off in a match for the WWE Universal Championship at WWE TLC.
The company seems to have decided to postpone Daniel Bryan vs Roman Reigns due to them wanting to have the match at the Royal Rumble.
We will have to see how WWE books the feud between Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns.
