Ronnie Massaro has passed away after a fatal stabbing. He was the brother of WWE’s Ashley Massaro, who passed away last year after an apparent suicide. The suspect allegedly killed Ronnie outside the 2 Bros Pizza in Riverhead, Long Island. The incident took place at 9:15 PM on November 21st.
The report states that Ronnie was in a rehab facility and had checked out of it hours before being stabbed. Ronnie’s childhood friend had the following to say.
“He got out of rehab and got on the train. And that was it. Out of a program and on the train, and not even 12 hours later, he was gone. He was ready to live life. Since his sister’s passing, I’d never noticed him have this voice. Something hit him. I really believe he started to accept things and understand what life was about.”
Only 45 minutes before he was stabbed, Ronnie contacted Keith Hanlon, but he missed the call at the time.
Ashley Massaro passing away obviously affected her brother and he had to heal from the sudden passing. After Ashley died Ronnie struggled with alcohol issues and checked into the rehab facility to find help. Ronnie’s passing adds another tragic chapter to the Massaro family.
