Rudy Giuliani has tough days ahead for him as the former personal lawyer for former U.S. President Donald Trump has recieved a ruling against him from a Washington DC jury. The former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner has said that Rudy Giuliani’s public attacks on two poll workers could land him in jail.
Georgia pollsters Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss have won their case against Rudy, and the Washington DC jury has asked Guiliani to pay $148 million in damages. It includes $20 million each for the intentional infliction of emotional distress, $75 million in punitive damages and further damages of between $16 and $17 million each.
Rudy Giuliani can write off tens of millions of dollars of the $148 million defamation settlement on his taxes.
School teachers can still only write off up to $300 for the school supplies they buy for their classrooms.
This is what a system rigged by billionaires looks like.

According to MSN, the mother and daughter duo have asked for “injunctive relief” and they would definitely testify in Georgia. It’s worth noting that Kirschner also spoke to MSNBC show The ReidOut on Monday and said, “It feels like Rudy should now be up because it sure looks like he’s violating the conditions of his release in the Georgia case by continuing to intimidate, lie about, defame, and endanger Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman.”
Kirschner continued his statement as Glenn took on the situation with the analysis. Glenn said, “You know, he is on release in the Georgia case. I have his release conditions right here, and Joy, number five is that the defendant, Giuliani, ‘shall perform no act to intimidate any person known to him to be a co-defendant or witness in the case, or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice.’ What is he doing? After that jury award in DC, he’s intimidating and endangering the lives of the witnesses in the Georgia case, Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman. They will almost certainly testify in Georgia.”
Rudy Giuliani is one of 18 co-conspirators with Trump in a sprawling indictment relating to alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. The judge will keep this in mind while making any comments about the case. No one knows what the final decision will be, but it would set the bar and that is all that matters for the mother daughter duo.
Do you think Rudy Giuliani will have his way with the law this time or will he get another problem? Sound off in the comments.
