Lana was written off the TLC PPV during this week’s episode of Raw and latest speculations suggest that this could be a set up for a big return.
According to reports from PWinsider, Lana is not expected to stay out of action for very long. She is expected to return after 3 to 4 weeks of absence.
While the reason for taking her off TV is not known, the buzz backstage at this week’s Raw was that this could be a set up for the return of Charlotte Flair.
Lana was expected to team up with Asuka to face Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax but she was attacked by Jax and Baszler at this week’s Raw and WWE later announced that she is not medically cleared to compete at Sunday’s PPV.
Now it would be interesting to see which star ends up taking her place on Sunday and if Asuka is really joined by a returning Charlotte Flair for the match.
