RUMOR: WWE planning to postpone WrestleMania to June at Madison Square Garden

We reported earlier that this year’s WrestleMania will take place from the WWE Performance Center amidst the global outbreak of the COVID-19 disease. We also reported the reason why Vince McMahon was forced to take this decision.

Now, a major rumor has surfaced online stating that the company is still working on postponing the show to a later date. Fight Oracle, a Twitter account responsible for correctly breaking several stories in the past is now stating that the Show of Shows could be postponed to June 7th.

The account states that the show will take place from Madison Square Garden and NOT the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The user reports that the state of Florida will shut down the April 5th event from the Performance Center and that the announcement was just a part of the process for the company to get paid by their insurer.
