Chris Jericho is currently scheduled to appear on the Wrestle Kingdom 12 event on January 4rth, so it’s not very likely that he will return to WWE anytime prior to that.
However, the door for his comeback will be open afterward and people have been guessing when or where Y2J will make his return to the Biggest Wrestling Company in the world.
A lot of people believe that the best possible way to bring Jericho back would be to introduce him as a surprise participant in the Royal Rumble match, though it appears that this won’t be happening.
Royal Rumble is scheduled to take place on January 28th next year; however, Chris is slated to tour with his band Fozzy from 28th January to February 13th which means he won’t be available for the show.
At this point, the most likely destination for his return appears to be the Raw 25th-anniversary show on January 22th, though it will most likely be a one-off appearance.
