Miroslav Barnyashev, formerly known as Rusev, took to Twitter today to answer some questions from his fans. Today was the day that he started streaming on Twitch where, today, he played Darksiders Genesis for a few short hours. While promoting the stream, he tackled a few tweets regarding his future, the use of the nickname “Bulgarian Brute” and more.
One of the first comments revolved around the possibility of seeing Lana on stream. Barnyashev simply replied, “Ask Vince.”
As far as being called the Bulgarian Brute goes, it’s something he won’t be using. “That’s a WWE name I can’t and won’t use.” On his social media, he’s completely dropped anything related to the Rusev character, simply going by Miro.
One fan claimed that it “sounds like a demon’s name,” which he shut down quickly, saying, “I’m born on Christmas. So that’s a negative ghost rider.”
