– Apparently TNA knew on either Wednesday or Thursday that Sean Waltman would not be appearing at last night’s Lockdown pay-per-view. Another source says that a TNA rep spoke to Waltman on Friday and he told them he would be there. A new report says that the “no show” announcement by TNA last night was done so they could cover up the fact that he would not be there. Despite yesterday, Waltman is now expected to be at this week’s iMPACT tapings.
Some in TNA believed Waltman was sick and some believe he did not work the show due to an issue being licensed in the state of Missouri. Either way, Waltman was telling people at the GLCW indy show on Saturday that he was not going to do the “job” for TNA on Lockdown and would not show up.

– While it has not been announced by TNA yet, Jeff Hardy vs. Rob Van Dam is on the books for tonight’s iMPACT.
