Samoa Joe teamed up with Kevin Owens and faced off against Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy for the RAW Tag Team Titles on RAW this week. However, he did not finish the match.
Samoa Joe landed a dive to the outside and had to be taken away. Kevin Owens almost won the match for his team by himself. On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Melter said that it was not part of the show. He said that the belief was that Joe might have suffered a concussion. He is not 100% sure, but it was the belief.
Concussions are unpredictable. Those who suffer the injury could be back next week or six months later, one can never know for certain.
We hope Samoa Joe returns to the ring soon enough and does not miss much time. As the road to Wrestlemania finally started, it would be unfortunate if he missed Wrestlemania.
