Samoa Joe not returning in time for WrestleMania?

At first, it was reported that Samoa Joe would return from his injury sometime in mid-March, meaning that he could still be a part of WrestleMania 34.

However, a recent development in the situation has fuelled the speculations that he may not be cleared in time for the Show and instead may stay out of action for much longer.

WWE has removed Joe from the listing of Madison Square Garden Live Event on March 16th. Not only that, he is not being advertised for any WWE show until the European tour in May.

It’s worth mentioning here that the last update about his condition came from the former NXT Star himself when he said that he is being evaluated on weekly basis during Booker T’s podcast:

“It’s kind of a week to week thing, With these injuries sometimes they heal sooner, sometimes they heal later. They are going to do a little bit of an ultrasound, check it out every week. “

While this move from the company could just be a precautionary measure, it’s also possible that Samoa Joe’s injury might have turned out to be worse than originally thought and he may not return until May at all.
