Samoa Joe is the latest WWE superstar to join the list of injured superstars and this is the reason why the former NXT Champion has not been seen on WWE programming recently, according to Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Joe last wrestled on the October 9th episode of SmackDown Live where he faced Jeff Hardy in a World Cup qualifying bout and lost the match to the Charismatic Enigma.
He was set to challenge AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at the recent WWE Supershow Live event, but he was pulled from the show without an explanation.
For what it’s worth, the former Impact Wrestling Star made this tweet back on October 17th, which after this report seems like a comment on his status:

No word on how serious his injury is or how long he will stay out of action but we’ll keep you posted. As noted before, Joe is not the only top star dealing with health issues as both Alexa Bliss and Bobby Lashley have injuries as well.
