With reports Sasha Banks was in New York last week on WWE 2K20 video game business, Dave Meltzer is reporting that she and Vince McMahon had a meeting at WWE HQ in Stamford, Connecticut last Thursday.
Talks between the pair reportedly went well and “things are said to be better” and a return to WWE “could be sometime this Summer but nothing is official.”
As reported previously, Banks has the option to sit out the remainder of her contract or return to the company she allegedly walked out on after the booking of her and Bayley and the newly created Women’s Tag Team titles. It goes without saying Vince McMahon is unlikely to entertain any discussion around her release with AEW waiting in the wings for The Boss or any other WWE star(s) frustrated with the way things are going right now.
Banks has stayed notoriously quiet about the whole saga but is very active on social media, often posting items which are open for interpretation. Some of her latest contributions:
