Sasha Banks wants to be a part of Women’s Royal Rumble

Sahsa Banks

Since Becky Lynch commented about a Women’s Royal Rumble match, wrestling stars are not able to stop themselves from talking about the possible historic bout.

The latest star to speak up about it is none other than the Boss Sasha Banks who was recently asked in which first time ever match she would like to be in next, during her interview with Ringside Collectibles.

Replying to the question the former Women’s Champion said that she would want to be a part of the first ever Women’s Royal Rumble match:

“A first-ever women’s Royal Rumble? January is coming up, I think that would be awesome to have all the women: past, present, [and] future, let’s do it, let’s get that rumble going.”

It’s worth noting here that while Lynch believed we are still a year or two away from the historic Battle Royal, it’s possible that we may see it as soon as this January.

Some recent reports suggested that there have been talks of doing a Royal Rumble match for female competitors only at the upcoming PPV in January and while it’s not a done deal yet, it looks very likely.

Makes more sense but not fond of bringing in nxt raw smackdowb & retired wrestlers just for 1 rumble. What happens after nxt goes back down & retired ones get ready for 1 match? Kind if a waste, I’d rather build up the division first then try it. Doing it this year is just to soon with a under developed roster. Maybe this May Young Classic could help build the division!

they just do what they did with the male one this year, the 10 you speak of, a few blasts from the past and Nxt females

Actually there is 15 females including the 2 champs plus you could put nxt females in there and have some former female talent

Pretty sure all the women would want in on that type of match. Nothing unique or worth reporting here. Non-news post.

First it’s not that great of a idea second yeah considering there are only 10 females total on both shows combined I’m sure it won’t be that competitive or entertaining.
