Sasha Banks has been out of the WWE for months, but that hasn’t given ‘The Boss’ some time to be free. She enjoys her time outside of WWE and the wrestling ring by participating in various other events. She recently walked the ramp during the New York Fashion Week.
Naomi joined her in this work. She did the same when they went out of the WWE and left the titles behind. WWE saw a change in the creative division, and a new in-charge announced a tournament for the women’s tag team titles. Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah won the tournament and the titles only to lose them to Bayley’s Damage CTRL stablemates IYO SKY and Dakota Kai on the latest edition of Monday Night Raw.

Sasha Banks shared some Instagram stories involving internet personality Dan Rue where she could be seen executing a headlock on Dan. The WWE Universe has hoped that the former WWE Women’s tag team champions would return to challenge the newly crowned champions. Whether that happens or not is a situation of the foreseeable future. Sasha Banks spoke about her experience and interest in modelling to Page Six and said:
It felt chaotic. It felt like my first wrestling match all over again! I’m back to being the new girl. It felt like everyone was like, ‘Who’s this? Who’s taking my spot?’ But I just had to walk in with confidence like I knew what I was doing. Because this has been a dream of mine for such a long time, to be in the modelling space.
There were rumours that Sasha Banks and Naomi have reached terms of agreement with the WWE and would return after the new regime took over. While that hasn’t happened yet, it needs to be seen if the WWE has planned an altercation between the new and previous champions after their current storyline involving Alexa Bliss and Asuka is over.

Alexa Bliss and Asuka are two efficient superstars that await their opportunity at the tag team titles. The Sasha Banks and Naomi return can be halted until the Royal Rumble because they would make a great storyline heading into WrestleMania. Bayley’s faction Damage CTRL would be in full force on the roster, and it would be an impressive thing to see at that time.
