In a new documentary, Stormy Daniels told actor Seth Rogen a rather stunning story about former President Donald Trump’s signature hairstyle, according to a new documentary.

Stormy Daniels, the stage name of the former Stephanie Clifford is back in the news due to the imminent trial in the case that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has brought involving hush money payments to Daniels, which resulted in a several-dozen-count indictment of Trump.

However, on Monday, Peacock released the new documentary Stormy, a feature-length film that includes new interviews and footage telling the story of Daniels’s journey into history.

Rogan met Daniels on the set of the film Knocked Up and continued to be friends. The actor revealed in the documentary that Trump’s commitment to his polarizing hairdo is, according to Daniels, the result of a dream with biblical overtones:

STORMY DANIELS: Trump called me when I was on the set of Knocked Up. That’s where I met Seth Rogen.

SETH ROGAN: (film clip) That’s how you get pinkeye.

SETH ROGAN: (Ellen Clip) I’ve known Stormy Daniels a long time. And at the time when you ask a porn star who they’ve been sleeping with and the answer was Donald Trump, it was, like, the least surprising thing.

SETH ROGAN: From my memory. We were like, what’s up with the hair? Like, what’s going on with the hair? And she was like, “oh, I asked him about the hair.”

He said to her that he had had a dream like, Samson and Delilah and that he, like, felt as though his power, like, rested in his hair, and that if he lost it, he would lose his, like, power and his stature.

And that’s why, even though he knows it’s ridiculous and like, holding, you know, not, you know, like, objectively not passing all the, (laughs) the check marks. He would want a head of hair to pass–. To him that is preferable than cutting it off because he has, like, superstitions about it.
