WWE star Seth Rollins recently took a shot at WWE Hall of Famer Edge on the latest edition of Talking Smack. He spoke on the Rated R Superstar who has been away from WWE programming.
The last time he was seen was in his match against Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 37.
The latest edition of Talking Smack saw Paul Heyman and Kayla Braxton as the presenters with Rollins being the guest. During the conversation, they started talking about the former WWE Champion and it was questioned “When’s the last time we saw Edge?”
Seth Rollins then took a huge shot at Edge speculating that he might have gone to some mountain in North Carolina after the WrestleMania loss. Roman Reigns ‘Disrespects’ Fired WWE
He said:
“I think he’s hiding out on some mountain in North Carolina, petting his dogs or something like that”
Seth Rollins and Edge to set up a feud?
Edge’s return to WWE has been a shocking and memorable return. It is needless to say that he has come back stronger than ever and has been a part of high intensity rivalry with Randy Orton.
He then embroiled in a feud with WWE Universal Championship but he couldn’t manage to capture the title.
Rollins on the other hand is recently involved in a feud with Cesaro. But with the way the former WWE Universal Champion is making statements about Edge, there is a possibility that they could soon be in a storyline when the latter returns.
