Shane McMahon has not been featured in WWE programming since WrestleMania 37, where he lost to former WWE Superstar Braun Strowman in a steel cage match. He recently made his surprise return on one of WWE’s shows. Eric Bischoff Drops Hulk Hogan Health Bombshell
Shane McMahon makes his surprise return
This morning during WWE’s The Bump, Shane made a surprise appearance to greet the WWE Hall of Famer The Godfather, and catch up with him quickly. McMahon looked to be in good spirits and hinted at doing something with The Godfather in the future.
Shane McMahon’s appearance on The Bump marks his first time being seen on WWE programming. Recent reports state that Shane had departed WWE and was no longer associated with the company. But with The Bump taking place at WWE headquarters in Stamford, it appears Shane’s complete exit from the company was actually premature.
It is not quite known what Shane McMahon’s current status with WWE is, but after today’s appearance, it doesn’t sound like we have not seen the last of Shane-O-Mac on WWE television. We will have to see if he makes any further appearances down the road.
