Shane McMahon & Triple H ‘Taking Over’ WWE Idea Leaks

Shane McMahon and Triple H – working together at WrestleMania? On the latest edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Writing With Russo, former WWE writer Vince Russo stated that WWE should use use of the highly anticipated steel cage match between Braun Strowman and Shane McMahon to help build up the monster persona of ‘The Monster Among Men’. During the show, Russo stated one example of how he would book the match would be to have Strowman team with Stone Cold Steve Austin against Shane McMahon and Triple H. This personal piece of fantasy booking would assume however, that the steel cage stipulation is no longer in play. Shane McMahon ‘hired’ this major AEW star in WWE.

Russo stated: “Bro, you could even team Strowman and Austin against Shane and Hunter [Triple H]. Even Austin’s presence, you know, on the show, smartening this guy [Braun Strowman]. Gosh, there’s just so much you could do, bro.”

In addition, Russo mentioned how Strowman could captiult himself to become a believable threat for the WWE Championship after this match as he continued with the following remarks.

“And, bro, because of Hunter’s ego, and now all of a sudden Hunter is challenged. So now he could have that match with Hunter. That could give him the right to get the big title shot. Bro, like I said, maybe you involve Austin in that, maybe you don’t. At some point, bro, you’ve gotta put the title on him. I think, bro, once he wins that title, that brings Vince back out.”
