Shaq Drops Bronny James Health Bombshell

Bronny James, the son of basketball superstar LeBron James, has recently been in the spotlight due to a cardiac arrest scare he experienced last month. Despite the concerning incident, Shareef O’Neal, the son of Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal, expressed confidence that Bronny’s career won’t be derailed by this health issue. Shareef O’Neal shared his perspective with TMZ Sports at Los Angeles International Airport, stating that he doesn’t believe the cardiac arrest will have a lasting impact on Bronny’s basketball aspirations.

Shareef O’Neal, who underwent heart surgery in 2018 due to a heart condition while attending UCLA, can relate to what Bronny James might be facing. He mentioned that he recently spoke to Bronny and that the young athlete is doing well.

Bronny James, who is 18 years old, suffered a cardiac arrest on July 25 while at the University of Southern California (USC). He collapsed and was unconscious before being transported to the hospital. As of now, no official plans have been disclosed regarding Bronny’s return to the basketball court, as USC gears up for the upcoming season.

Despite the uncertainty on the court, off-court life seems to be returning to normal for Bronny. LeBron James, his father, shared a video on social media showing Bronny playing the piano in late July. The James family was also spotted for the first time since the cardiac arrest incident at a restaurant in Santa Monica.

Recently, Bronny and his parents attended a Los Angeles Dodgers’ baseball game against the Miami Marlins. The Dodgers’ victory was highlighted by All-Star outfielder Mookie Betts, who hit two home runs and saluted LeBron James each time he crossed the plate. LeBron responded by tipping his cap to Betts, showing his appreciation for the gesture.
