Shaquille O’Neal Proposes To Famous Singer

NBA legend Shaquille O’ Neal recently asked GloRilla to marry him, causing the “FNF” lyricist to abruptly end her live session with Druski.

Shaquille O’ Neal made a bold move

The HipHopDX Rookie of the Year was speaking with Druski on his Instagram Live about her explosive rise this past year, but ended up bailing out on the conversation after Shaq wrote, “glo will u marry me?”

It seemed to be all in good spirits, however, as Glo was seen laughing about the proposal before ending her session. Shaq isn’t the only one getting curved by GloRilla this year. During her visit to Angela Yee‘s Lip Service podcast earlier this month, Big Glo spoke on the DMs she’s been receiving since bursting onto the scene and said she mostly curves artists’ requests to collab, but that she’s open to talking with them until they give her a reason not to trust them.

“A lot of the times I don’t open them,” Glo said about her DMs. “But like sometimes they’ll try to get me like, they’ll DM me like, ‘Let’s do a song or let’s work,’ and so I give them my number because I actually, probably, you know what I’m saying, like, ‘Ok I fuck with their music.’”

She added:

“And when I do it, they’ll text me on some whole other shit and I’ll never text back. But like, I don’t want to talk to no like, when it comes to the industry shit I don’t want to talk to nobody like that.”

When asked if she doesn’t want any rappers to talk to her, GloRilla said: “Nah, ’cause everybody fucking everybody. And then I like the fact that I ain’t talk to nobody in the industry yet, can’t nobody say they fucked me.”

GloRilla has had a whirlwind year that includes a Grammy nod for her breakout single “F.N.F” and performing at the American Music Awards alongside Cardi B. She’s also gearing up to hit the road for her first headling tour in 2023 – which she recently announced sold out all dates in just one day.

“I’M CRYING RIGHT NOW!! THANK Y’ALL SO SO MUCH!! My 1st tour went on sale today & ALREADY SOLD OUT,” GloRilla wrote on Instagram. “GloRidaz I can’t wait to see y’all at the #AnywaysLifesGreatTour (Denver & Chicago stay tuned! we moving to a bigger room!)”
