Shawn Michaels ‘Apologizes’ To Undertaker & Kane

There is absolutely no doubt that WWE Hall Of Famer Shawn Michaels is one of the best pro wrestlers to have ever graced the squared circle. He ended his in-ring career at WrestleMania 26 in 2010 against The Undertaker in a match that remains loved by both fans and Superstars alike. The Undertaker was also said to have turned down a huge WrestleMania match.

However, the Heartbreak Kid returned to the pro wrestling ring for Crown Jewel 2018, where he partnered up with Triple H and squared off against Kane and The Undertaker in a tag team match. The match was criticized by both fans and Superstars alike.

Michaels recently took part in an interview by the New York Post, where Michaels talked about the match at WWE Crown Jewel. Michaels revealed that he regrets coming out of retirement for the match and even apologized to The Undertaker and Kane.

“I do. I had no idea that from Mark’s standpoint he was looking at it as that might be one he could walk away on.”

“For me, it was [fun]. It was just a chance to be with my buddies.”

“All I can do is apologize to the guys.

Triple H and Michaels won the match but there really is no winner in that kind of match. Michaels stayed returned since then and it is highly unlikely he will ever come back.
