Shawn Michaels has been in contact with Johnny Gargano about a WWE return, and he’s also been in contact with Dexter Lumis, and WWE are discussing contacting him for a return, FightfulSelect.com reports.
Sasha Banks and Naomi had walked out of Monday Night RAW due to creative differences. There have been various sides to the story already reported, including that the former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions confronted the former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon over their issue.
It turns out they could be returning soon as Triple H is currently the Head of Creative. It seems they are not the only tag-team that could make a comeback.
Triple H could bring back Kabuki Warriors
Triple H has already brought back Io Shirai (now Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai). It seems he could now bring back Kairi Sane, who was one of the best female pro wrestlers in WWE at one point in time. She had a solid run in NXT, where she ended up winning the NXT Women’s Championship. She also teased returning to WWE recently.
Sane’s main roster run saw her teaming up with Asuka, as they were known as the Kabuki Warriors and saw moderate success. They won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships as well.
Sane had decided to depart the company, as her contract expired earlier this year. WWE also announced that the Women’s Tag Team Tournament will be held soon, starting from tonight’s Monday Night RAW. Asuka took to Twitter and hinted at a mystery partner for the tournament and that could be revealed as Kairi Sane as she responded back:
I will be the tag team champion again
But where is my partner?
