SmackDown sees a decline in audience despite Undertaker’s return

This weeks’ episode of SmackDown Live was the go-home show for Sunday’s Clash Of Champions PPV and it featured the return of the Undertaker.

However, despite this, the show suffered a 3% drop in the TV ratings and the episode main evented by Shane McMahon and Chad Gable drew  2.061 million viewers.

In comparison, last week’s episode of the show which featured the segment between Roman Reigns, Erick Rowan and Daniel Bryan as the main event had drawn 2.130 million viewers.

It’s worth mentioning here that the same was the case with this week’s Raw as well and despite the multiple Stone Cold Steve Austin appearances, the show saw a big drop in the ratings.

Last week’s episode of the Blue Branded Show had drawn 2.507 million viewers but this week, they were only able to garner an average of 2.130 million viewers.
