SmackDown sees decline in audience following Survivor Series

While the Survivor Series seems to have helped NXT in terms of TV ratings, the same is not the case for SmackDown episode that aired after the PPV.

The latest episode of SmackDown Live with the main event segment setting a rematch between Daniel Bryan and Bray Wyatt drew a total of 2.325 million viewers, according to Showbuzz Daily.

This is an 8.6% decline from last week’s Survivor Series go-home episode of the show which featured the final hype for the PPV and had drawn 2.544 million viewers.

In comparison, the NXT episode which also featured the fallout from the PPV this past Sunday Night drew 810,000 viewers and the competing Dynamite episode drew 663,000 viewers.

The Raw episode which aired last week drew in 2.109 million viewers which was also down from the 2.13 million viewers it had done the week before.
