Smackdown sees rise in viewership this week

This week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown was the special Draft edition of the show. It seems the show fared better this week.

 


 

According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, WWE Friday Night SmackDown received an average of 2.0865 million viewers for its two-hour broadcast. The first hour managed 2.156 million viewers in the first hour and 2.017 million in the second. They also received a .8 in the first hour and .7 in the second in the coveted 18-49 demographic.

This is a noticeable increase compared to last week’s episode. Last week the show brought in 2.043 million viewers in the overnight ratings. The first hour received 2.105 million viewers, and the second hour retained 1.980 million viewers. The show also managed a .55 rating in the 18-49 demographic against the NBA Finals.
