The Judgement Day stable saw the addition of a new member in Finn Balor. However, upon Balor joining the faction, they turned on WWE Hall of Famer Edge and the former leader was kicked out of the stable after a brutal beatdown. The Judgement Day (Edge, Rhea Ripley, and Damien Priest) had defeated the team of AJ Styles, Liv Morgan, and Finn Balor at Hell In A Cell Premium Live Event. During the match, Styles was also seen busted wide open. Fans have been speculating on social media about the addition of the new member but many have wondered why the ‘Rated-R Superstar’ was removed from the stable.

Edge was reportedly not in favor of the creative direction

Fans never expected Edge to be removed from the stable. ‘The Rated R- Superstar’ is not injured as some have speculated. Reports suggest that he would not have taken that beatdown on RAW if he was injured.

Per Fightful’s paywall, WWE originally had a different supernatural pitch for Judgment Day and the Rated R Superstar was opposed to it.

“WWE had mentioned taking Judgment Day a “supernatural” route, which Edge was said to have been opposed to. Word started to emerge in the afternoon hours ahead of WWE Raw that a big shift involving Finn Balor and Edge was set to happen.”

“Although that was firmly set on Monday, the pitch to have Balor as a member of Judgment Day came well before that. Fightful sources had indicated to us the week prior that Balor was set to turn heel and join the group days before Hell in a Cell. However, there was no mention at that point of Edge leaving the group.”

We will now have to wait and see how the stable performs under the new found leadership of Finn Balor.
